They wrote and produced “Fatwa” (2006) starring Lauren Holly (NCIS) and Lacey Chabert (Mean Girls) and “The Way of War” (2009) starring Academy Award winner Cuba Gooding Jr. (Jerry McGuire) and Academy Award winner J.K. Simmons (Whiplash). The success of Way of War opened the door for Borderline to begin working with both corporate and start up clients. The experience with feature film production has provided Borderline with a unique story driven marketing perspective while providing clients with a higher level of service. Over the last ten years Borderline has leveraged this experience to work holistically or on a project basis with a wide range of private sector clients in a number of capacities. From video production, to web development, to core marketing strategy the Borderline team has managed and produced all aspects of the marketing continuum. Working with clients such as Volvo, National Cancer Institute, Lincoln Financial, 1776, Decisiv, ADS Tactical, and The Business Godfather. In 2011 Borderline worked to launch Reel Potential, which uses Hollywood movie clips to engage, train, and educate present and future employees. Borderline’s studio connections allowed us to assist Reel Potential in becoming the first firm in history to access feature film clips from the major Hollywood studios for corporate communications. Additionally Borderline has helped develop unique proprietary tools such as the InTouch Email Marketing Platform, which gives our clients a definitive marketing edge.
Borderdline Media is home to one of the Washington, DC metro areas premiere digital media production studios. Borderline media has made a seven figure plus capital investment in the development a state-of-the-art home for the production of all types digital media; web, video, graphic, animation and audio. The facility allows Borderline to remain nimble and flexible in the rapidly changing digital media landscape.
This allows Borderline media to service our client’s current needs but allows them to move the ball forward to where digital marketing will be 2, 5 and 10 years from now. Borderline built this idea into the core function of the studio so that they can provide clients digital products where the market is going; more interdisciplinary and intertwined where video, audio, web and mobile become one in the same.
